# October 20, 2026: Bulk invite

> Invite a whole team at once by pasting a list of email addresses or uploading a CSV or Excel file.

## New features

### Bulk invite

Org admins can now invite many people at once. In the invite dialog, click **Paste a list or upload a file**. Then paste email addresses, or upload a `.csv` or `.xlsx` file. Oplane checks the list as you edit it and shows how many people it will invite. Add an optional personal message and click **Send invites**.

Bulk invite works from the **Members** tab in organisation settings and from a workspace's **Access** panel.

* Everyone invited in bulk joins as Org Member. To invite someone as Org Admin, use the single invite.
* Oplane skips existing members, merges duplicate addresses into one invite, and replaces any pending invite for the same address with a new link and email.
* Rows that can't be invited are listed with their row number and the reason. Everyone else is invited.
* You can invite up to 200 people per send, from up to 200 KB of pasted text or a file of up to 1 MB.

## Improvements

* Names and personal messages on invites now support non-Latin characters and emoji.
